ITEK brand belongs to Shine Wheel Ind., Corp. Shine Wheel is a technical trading company which was established in 1980s in Taiwan. Our strategy doesn’t focus on traditional trading in charge of buying and selling only. We focus more on brand cooperation based on the best knowledge of marketing, products R&D in terms of OEM or ODM and Quality Control, to create customer brand image and to maximize the values of their productions, especially for frame development.
Main Services
We launch new frame open models both in alloy and in carbon every year. Our open models lead the market and trend. Every model needs to pass the ISO or extra DIN plus test for Germany to ensure the models fulfill every requirement of safety. Not only open models, our main profession is to develop frames according to customers design or ideas. We have several cooperating factories from entry level to high-end level which can satisfied the different market requirements and budget level. According to your design, we can open the mold for you or search for open tube models as per you request with your logo and art work.
Besides the frame R&D, we also have strong resources to find the components and accessories that you want, including the big OEM manufacturers both in Taiwan and China, such as SR, HL, FSA. In Taiwan, we will arrange all goods to our warehouse to combine them in one container to save customers cost. Our QC staff will examine the goods at the warehouse before shipment or check at factory before shipment.
High Level Quality Control
Our QC not only involves in the measurement according to drawings but also checking the total production process at the factory from the raw material preparation up to technical assistance when defected products have been found. We have 4 QC offices in Taichung/Taiwan, Shenzhen/China, Shanghai/China and Tianjin/China that include 13 QCs.
